Searching for Products

If you are interested in seeing products under category classifications, simply select the link from the list on the left side of this page. In addition, you may also type in the name of the product that you are searching for into the search box at the top center of this page. Then, click the icon. You will then see a list of products relating to your query. Click on any of the links to see more details about that item and/or add the item in your cart. To bring up a wider range or results, try limiting your search to one word.

Place an Order

After entering your billing and shipping information you will be taken to the “Order Review” page where you can review all your billing and shipping information and change any of it if necessary. Here, you will also be able to enter any coupons and/or promo codes you may have.

Once you are done reviewing your order, enter your credit card information and click the “Click Here To Complete Checkout Process” button at the bottom of the page to complete your order.

Please note: Your billing address will need to match the address your credit/debit card company has on file. If it does not match, your order may be declined for security purposes.

Quantity Policy

We reserve the right to limit quantities. Large quantity orders cannot be processed through our website. Please contact a customer service representative to assist you with your order toll free at 1-866-561-2888, Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm PST.

Track My Order

To track your online order, click here. Tracking information will be available once your order ships. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number(s).

Edit My Order

If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, please call 1-866-561-2888. We have the ability to edit an order up to 20 minutes after it’s been placed.

Cancel My Order

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please call 1-866-561-2888. We have the ability to cancel an order up to 20 minutes after it’s been placed.

Coupon / Promo Code Redemption

If you have a coupon or promo code, you can redeem it on the last page of the checkout process. There is a coupon box below the order total. Simply enter the coupon or promo code number and hit “Apply”. Once the page refreshes, you will see the coupon deducted from your total amount.

How to use “My Wishlist”

Once signed in to your account, you can use the ‘My Wishlist” feature to store your favorite items in a category created just for you. Easy one-click ordering will allow you to select which items you want to put in your shopping cart. In order to take advantage of this feature, you must have ‘cookies’ enabled on your computer.

When you are on a product detail page click the “Add to Wishlist” link under the product image to add the product to your Wishlist.

To add an item to your shopping cart from the “My Wishlist”, simply click the box to the left of each item and a √ mark will appear. Now click the ‘Add Selected to Cart’ button. You should now see the item(s) you checked in your shopping cart. From here, you may either continue shopping or begin the check-out process.

Create an Account

Users who create a personal account with us will be able to store all of their billing information with us, thus preventing having to enter it every time. To create an account, simply select “Log In” or “Create New Account” on the top navigation bar. From there, you will be able to register with us. You will also be able to register during your check-out process. If you do not wish to create an account with us, simply choose Guest Checkout.

Forgot Password

If you forgot your password, click on the “Log In” or “Create New Account” button located at the top right side of the page, then click the “Forgot Password?” link, and follow the instructions for Forgot Your Password.

Edit Account Information

If you wish to edit your account information, first login to your account. You will then see links under My Account on the left side of the page that allow you to update your profile. Remember to click the “Update” button located at the bottom of the page when you are finished making updates.

View Past Orders

To view you online order history, please log into your account, and then click the “Order History” link under My Account on the left side of the page.

Shipping Policy (FOB Shipping)

Domestic Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipments on orders of less than $49.00 have a base rate of $3.95. Orders of $49.00 and over qualify for free standard shipping. (Qualifying amount must be met after any promotion or discount is applied.). Faster delivery options are available for an additional charge. See shipping options at checkout for additional information. For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, a $4.99 surcharge will be applied. Orders placed after 3:00pm PST do not process until the next business day. Orders received on the weekend (Friday after 3:00pm PST, Saturday & Sunday) will not be processed until Monday morning.

**Business Days are defined as Monday-Friday (excluding Holidays).

International Shipping Policy

Our international shipping cost varies depending on weight and destination. Total freight costs will be displayed during checkout based upon your items and their destination country. Unless otherwise noted, free shipping offers do not apply to international orders.

We offer fast, reliable shipping via DHL International. In some countries, DHL may also interface with local carriers for the final delivery of your package.

Important Notice Regarding International Shipments:

There are many country specific laws, regulations and restrictions that may impact our ability to ship your order and your ability to receive it. We recommend you contact your customs office to understand what regulations and restrictions may apply to orders shipping from the United States and/or the items you are ordering.

Customs may delay your order or might reject it outright from being delivered based on local laws. In addition, you may incur higher than expected import duties or tariffs, your order may not be deliverable, or customs may quarantine or return your order back to us upon their inspection.

Due to recent changes in United Kingdom VAT rules and regulations, we are currently unable to ship Pacific Nature’s orders to England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, & Wales. We are working to meet these new regulations and will begin shipping to the United Kingdom again as soon as possible.

Any duties, tariffs, or local taxes that may apply to your order are your responsibility. Pacific Nature’s cannot anticipate or estimate country specific duties, tariffs and taxes that may apply to your order. It is your responsibility to research and understand these fees and pay them once levied. Our prices do not reflect any of these additional charges. These fees are determined by a local customs office and Pacific Nature’s cannot be responsible for any such fees incurred.

Some products are banned or considered illegal in certain countries. Please check with your local authorities to ensure any products you are shipping are legal and do not require additional permits to receive. Restrictions around items can change from time to time so checking with local authorities on the most current and up-to-date list of items is strongly recommended.

International Customer Addresses

To avoid long delays in delivering your package, or a package being returned to us, please ensure your international address information is correct and includes a telephone number for the delivery carrier to contact you should there be an issue in transit.

Lost or Damaged Shipment

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you ordered something and it is not what you thought, no worries. We will gladly accept returned products, opened or not, for any reason. Send the item(s) back to us within 30 days of the ship date, and we will refund your money. Once we receive the package, we will refund you the full purchase price of your product(s) via your original form of payment. If 30 days has passed since your purchase shipped, we apologize, but we cannot accept the item(s) for a return.

Note: If you ordered more than 1 of a specific item, only 1 of those items may be returned opened. All other items must be sealed.

Return a Product

Please note: Items must be returned within 30 days of the ship date.

If you are planning to return products from multiple orders, please send them in separate shipments. Each return shipment must only contain items that were purchased in the same original order.

We are unable to process returns that do not meet these guidelines. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in your package being returned to you or you may be charged a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original order.

To complete a return:

Fill in the back of the Pacific Nature’s packing slip included in your shipment, including the reason for your return.
If you no longer have the original packing slip, please include the following information with your shipment:

⦁ Order Number
⦁ Items being returned (item number, name, and quantity being returned).
⦁ The reason for your return.
⦁ Your contact information (full name, address, and phone number/email).
⦁ Pack the products securely in a sturdy package and include the information above.

Return package using your preferred shipping carrier. We recommend using insured/trackable mail for these types of returns, as we cannot be responsible for items that do not make it back to our warehouse.

Allow 2-3 weeks for your return to process, although, they usually do not take that long. You will receive an email confirming your refund.

Reorder a Product

If you would like to reorder a product, you can easily do so with our Online Reorder Service. Please note: You can only use this service if you are a registered online customer.

Step 1: Click here to log into your account and view your order history. Select the Order and the Items you would like to reorder and press the “Re-order Selected” button. All of your Customer and Item information will be pre-populated in the form.

Step 2: Proceed to Checkout.
